Monday

Early Morning: Coconut water + tulsi leaves

Breakfast: Vegetable upma + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Watermelon bowl

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + brown rice + salad

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + roasted lotus seeds

Dinner: Palak soup + 1 phulka

Bedtime: Warm fennel water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Lemon water + giloy juice

Breakfast: Ragi dosa + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Pomegranate juice

Lunch: Bhindi sabzi + arhar dal + red rice

Evening Snack: Buttermilk + roasted chana

Dinner: Vegetable stew + 1 roti

Bedtime: Coriander water

Wednesday

Early Morning: Amla juice + cinnamon water

Breakfast: Moong dal cheela + green chutney
