Monday

Early Morning: Methi seeds water + tulsi leaves

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Papaya slices + coconut water

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + arhar dal + brown rice + cucumber salad

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + makhana

Dinner: Palak soup + 1 roti + beet salad

Bedtime: Warm turmeric water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Lemon water + giloy juice

Breakfast: Poha + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Watermelon bowl

Lunch: Bhindi sabzi + masoor dal + millet roti + curd

Evening Snack: Bael sharbat (no sugar)

Dinner: Moong soup + lauki sabzi

Bedtime: Fennel water

Wednesday

Early Morning: Triphala + coriander water

Breakfast: Sprouts salad + coconut water

Mid-Morning: Kiwi / apple slices

Lunch: Tori sabzi + moong dal + 1 roti + salad

Evening Snack: Green tea + chana

Dinner: Mixed veg soup + 1 bajra roti

Breakfast: Ragi dosa + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Amla juice + cucumber sticks

Lunch: Arbi sabzi + dal + roti + salad + buttermilk

Evening Snack: Tulsi tea + roasted almonds

Dinner: Vegetable daliya + soup

Bedtime: Jeera-ajwain water

Friday

Early Morning: Ginger water + 4 soaked walnuts

Breakfast: Upma + herbal tea

Mid-Morning: Pomegranate juice

Lunch: Lauki-tomato sabzi + chana dal + 1 phulka

Evening Snack: Buttermilk + flaxseeds

Dinner: Moong khichdi + ghee + salad

Bedtime: Turmeric milk
