Monday

Early Morning: Cinnamon water + 5 soaked almonds

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Coconut water + papaya

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + 1 roti + cucumber salad

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + roasted seeds

Dinner: Palak soup + 1 bajra roti

Bedtime: Warm fennel tea

Tuesday

Early Morning: Fenugreek water + tulsi leaves

Breakfast: Poha + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Pomegranate juice

Lunch: Bhindi sabzi + arhar dal + red rice

Evening Snack: Buttermilk + roasted chana

Dinner: Vegetable stew + 1 multigrain roti

Bedtime: Amla juice

Wednesday
