Monday

Early Morning: Warm water with lemon and honey

Breakfast: Vegetable upma + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Coconut water + soaked almonds

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + jeera rice + salad

Evening Snack: Herbal tea + roasted chana

Dinner: Khichdi + beetroot salad

Bedtime: Warm saunf water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Jeera-coriander water

Breakfast: Daliya with ghee and vegetables

Mid-Morning: Amla juice + 2 dates

Lunch: Ridge gourd sabzi + masoor dal + red rice

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + murmura

Dinner: Pumpkin soup + 1 soft phulka

Bedtime: Ginger tulsi tea

Wednesday

Early Morning: Triphala water (mild warm)

Breakfast: Poha + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Apple or papaya

Lunch: Tinda sabzi + arhar dal + 1 roti + salad

Evening Snack: Fennel tea + 5 soaked raisins

Dinner: Vegetable daliya + coriander chutney

Bedtime: Ajwain water

Thursday

Early Morning: Saunf water + tulsi

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Bael juice (no sugar)

Lunch: Palak sabzi + moong dal + brown rice

Evening Snack: Herbal tea + roasted sunflower seeds

Dinner: Khichdi + lauki mash

Bedtime: Jeera-saunf tea

Friday

Early Morning: CCF tea (Coriander-Cumin-Fennel)

Breakfast: Idli + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Pomegranate juice

Lunch: Bottle gourd sabzi + chana dal + 1 roti

Evening Snack: Lemon ginger tea + murmura

Dinner: Masoor dal soup + 1 phulka

Bedtime: Ajwain-cardamom decoction

Saturday

Breakfast: Oats porridge with banana slices

Mid-Morning: Coconut water + sabja

Lunch: Mixed vegetable sabzi + mung dal + rice
