Early Morning: Warm water + soaked saunf

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Coconut water

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + jeera rice

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + roasted makhana

Dinner: Moong khichdi + ajwain tadka

Bedtime: Warm ajwain-saunf water

Tuesday

Early Morning: CCF (coriander-cumin-fennel) tea

Breakfast: Vegetable daliya

Mid-Morning: Amla juice + tulsi

Lunch: Tori sabzi + masoor dal + phulka

Evening Snack: Herbal tea + murmura

Dinner: Pumpkin soup + khichdi

Bedtime: Jeera-coriander water

Wednesday

Early Morning: Lemon water with ginger juice

Breakfast: Poha with curry leaves & hing

Mid-Morning: Papaya slices

Lunch: Palak sabzi + arhar dal + 1 roti

Evening Snack: Fennel tea + soaked raisins

Dinner: Daliya khichdi + beetroot salad

Bedtime: Ajwain tea

Thursday
