Dinner: Moong soup + 1 phulka

Bedtime: Ajwain saunf water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Warm lemon water + honey

Breakfast: Vegetable upma + coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Amla juice

Lunch: Bhindi sabzi + tuvar dal + red rice

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + murmura

Dinner: Vegetable daliya + beet salad
